We offer a wide range of nutritional supplements for pets, such as vitamins, supplements for joint care, digestive health, etc. that are always fully designed according to the customer's needs. Our products are not based on our own brand, but undergo a customised development from the onset.
We provide both liquid and solid pharmaceutical options, which are packaged in different formats, such as bulk, capsules packaged in containers, powder packaged in doypacks or containers, and bottles with different volumes.
Minimum quantities depend mainly on the chosen format. However, we mainly market around 500 units of finished product.
Delivery time depends on order volume and the required customisation, but it usually takes 25 to 30 working days from order confirmation or from the moment we receive the secondary packaging material (labels, cases, etc.) owned by the customer for manufacturing.
All Essential Process products are manufactured in compliance with local and international quality and food safety regulations for petfood, as required and audited by the different Administrations, apart from having implemented a quality and food safety management system based on ISO 22,000 and GMP+ standards.
Moreover, our goal is to keep improving on a daily basis, so we have ongoing training courses that allow us to keep abreast of all developments.
