We can offer a wide range of nutritional supplements for pets, such as: vitamin complexes, products for joint care, digestive health, treatments for anxiety control, etc... All of them designed for our customers, in order to meet their needs and requirements, and making their products, exclusive supplements.
Our way of working is not based on a portfolio of already formulated products, nor do we have a private label, but we develop from scratch, starting with the formulation, configuring the format, until we obtain a final product ready for consumption with the customer's own brand.
That is why we give vital importance to a correct communication and relationship with all our customers.

We have facilities perfectly adapted for the manufacture of both liquids and solids. We can offer both galenic forms in different formats: Capsules, packed in pill bottles or in bulk.

Liquid in bottle The containers we offer can be of different volumes, colors and shapes. If you have any idea for your product, do not hesitate to propose it to us!
The minimum quantity we can manufacture depends on the format and characteristics of the product, but we mainly propose 500 units of finished product. In this way, we open the doors to our customers for new launches.

Delivery times depend on the volume of the order and the product specifications, but are generally between 25 and 30 working days, counting from the order confirmation, or from the arrival of the secondary packaging material (labels, cases...) owned by the customer for manufacturing.
We will give you all the information about it so that you can make your forecasts!
All Essential Process products are manufactured in compliance with local and international quality and food safety regulations for petfood required and audited by the Administrations, in addition to having implemented a quality and food safety management system based on ISO 22,000 and GMP+ standards.
